Customized IPSec VPN Client

IKE Daemon dump files
Dump files are generated by Windows operating system when an application crashes. They contains usefull information for resolving issue. If one component of our VPN client crashes, you may send to us these files.

When IKE Daemon crashes, the following popup appears:

Click on “click here” just after “To see what data this error report contains”.
A new window appears :

Click on “Click here” just after “To view technical information about the error report”.
A new window appears:

This window shows dumpfiles path. Open this directory. Usually four files can be found :

appcompat.txt
manifest.txt
tgbike.exe.hdmp
tgbike.exe.mdmp
