TheGreenBow’s new online store launched last October did not totally meet expectations in terms of user experience. That’s why we have entirely overhauled its design to make it easier for you to make purchases and keep track of the purchases you’ve made.
As of Wednesday 27 July 2022, only the new store will be available at: www.store.thegreenbow.com
Once logged, users will be able to access the product catalog that best meets their needs according to their profile.
What’s new?
The new store includes a customer area where users will find the following:
- History of orders placed on the new store as of today,
- List of all licenses purchased with the e-mail address used to access the account,
- Direct access to downloads of the latest versions available of TheGreenBow VPN Clients.
The new version of the Windows Enterprise VPN Client (version 7.2) we’ve just released has been added to the store’s product catalog. Please note that this new version no longer supports the IKEv1 protocol. That’s why we’ve kept version 6.8 of the Windows Enterprise VPN Client in the catalog for those who still need support for the IKEv1 protocol.
How to access the new store
Existing accounts
We have created an account using the same e-mail address in the new store for you. To access the new store, simply open the page www.store.thegreenbow.com in a browser, access “My account” and then click “Forgot your password?” . You will then receive a link via e-mail allowing you to set your new password.
