7. GCU – Unauthorised access to or presence in TheGreenBow website
7.1. TheGreenBow is an automated data processing system.
7.2. TheGreenBow reminds you of the terms of Arts. 323-1 to 323-8 of the Criminal Code:
“The act of fraudulently accessing or being present in all or part of an automated data processing system is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of €60,000.
Where this results in either the deletion or modification of data contained in the system or an alteration in the functioning of the system, the penalty is three years’ imprisonment and a fine of €100,000.
The act of obstructing or distorting the functioning of an automated data processing system is punishable by five years’ imprisonment and a fine of €150,000.
