1.1. These General Conditions of Use (GCU) apply if you decide to browse the TheGreenBow website.

1.2. If you do not accept these GCU, do not browse this website.

1.3. Access to this website is free. Any paid service offered by TheGreenBow on this website may be subject to specific conditions that are to be accepted online in advance by any person wishing to benefit from it.

2.1. TheGreenBow reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, these GCU in order to adapt them to changes in its website and the services offered on it. You are invited to regularly consult the latest updated version of the GCU, which are completed by the policy for the protection of your personal data.

3.1. In accordance with EU GDPR Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, amended by the  corrigendum of 23 May 2018, and (French) ‘Computers and Data Protection’ Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended by Order 2018-1125 of 12 December 2018, our policy on the collection, processing and protection of your personal data is accessible separately in the ‘policy for the protection of your personal data’ section.

6.1. The http links offered to you on TheGreenBow website are provided ‘on a non-profit basis’. TheGreenBow is, therefore, not presumed to be responsible for the contents of the websites that the proposed http links enable you to access (CJEU judgment of 8 September 2016, GS Media).

7.1. TheGreenBow is an automated data processing system.

7.2. TheGreenBow reminds you of the terms of Arts. 323-1 to 323-8 of the Criminal Code:

“The act of fraudulently accessing or being present in all or part of an automated data processing system is punishable by two years’ imprisonment and a fine of €60,000.

Where this results in either the deletion or modification of data contained in the system or an alteration in the functioning of the system, the penalty is three years’ imprisonment and a fine of €100,000.

The act of obstructing or distorting the functioning of an automated data processing system is punishable by five years’ imprisonment and a fine of €150,000.

The act of fraudulently introducing data into an automated processing system or extracting, holding, reproducing, transmitting, deleting or fraudulently modifying the data it contains is punishable by five years’ imprisonment and a fine of €150,000.”
