How to enter your license?
If you have a 20 characters license or a 24 characters license, then your license looks like “0123456789ABCDEF0123” or “123456-123456-123456-123456”. Enter your license key following the instructions below.
20 characters license
- Run TheGreenBow software
- Click on “Activate”
- If the dialog shows a 4 frames edit field for the license number, click on “Click here to enter a 20 characters license” below.
- Enter your 20 characters license in the field “License number”
You can also copy/paste your license number in this field. - Enter your email address
- Click on “Next”
24 characters license
- Run TheGreenBow software
- Click on “Activate”
- Enter your 24 characters license in the 4 fields “License number”
- Enter your email address
- Click on “Next”
How to proceed to a manual software activation?
The procedure below enables you to Offline Activate TheGreenBow Software whenever you experience online activation problems (such as activation server unreachable, problem of internet connexion, etc…).
